Please contact us for information about fees- HIA's charge a fee for their services in connection with arranging plans etc for Disabled Facilities Grants which can be funded by grant. It's important to know what these costs will be as some Councils will place charges against properties when grants have been awarded and may ask them to repaid in the future if the property is sold. Make sure to ask anyone who will be acting as your agent what their fees are and what service you can expect to receive.
